ＭＲＩ
月に１度ある、あーちゃんのＭＲＩに行ってきました。
前回撮ったのは大量化学療法後１月の時。
残存腫瘍はあったものの、消えてしまう可能性も充分あったけど、この間に最増大する可能性も捨てきれず、まだまだ心配な状況でした。
そしてもしこの間の最増大が見られたら、もう一度大量化学療法をした方がいいと言われていました。
朝いつも通り高速に乗って病院に行き、せっちゃんと落ち合い、脳外科へ。
あーちゃんは経口投与の睡眠導入剤は効かないので（飲ましても座薬で入れても絶対に寝ないし、寝ても眠りが浅くて必ず起きてしまう！）ので、点滴を入れてからＭＲＩの台の上で睡眠導入剤を静注。
あ〜あ、カテーテルが生きてたら、痛い思いしなくてもよかったのにねぇ…。
可愛そうに。
完全に寝てしまった後、約２０分で撮影終了らしいのでせっちゃんと食堂でお昼。
戻ってきたら「調度終ったとこだよ」と、先生。
部屋に入るとぐっすり眠ったあーちゃん。
やっぱり久しぶりの投薬だったら良く効くのね〜（いつもは終ると同時に目を覚ます）なんて思っていたら、脳外科に戻った時にはもう起きてた…。
寝ている間に髄注の抗がん剤を入れてしまおうって先生言ってたのに、もう起きちゃいました…。
先生もびっくりでした。
な〜んか、あーちゃんって全然睡眠導入剤効かないのよね。
きっとお酒強いんだろうなぁ（苦笑）。
そしてＭＲＩの写真を前に説明を受けました。
なんと、左は完全消滅です。
前の写真がないともうどこにあったか全くわからないくらいでした。
そして右。
前回は写真２枚に渡って腫瘍があったんだけど、今回は１枚に。
それもかなり小さくなってて、直径は３ミリ以下。
前回消滅中だった場所は真っ黒く抜けてしまい、壊死していました。
１月前に比べてさらに小さくなってたけど、やはりまだ少し残存しているみたい。
でもこれもまだ消滅する可能性は充分あるから、あと３週間様子を見ましょうということになった。
３週間後またＭＲＩを撮って、今より小さくなってたらまた３週間様子を見ましょうと。
だけどもし現状維持、または再増大が見られたら、その時点で入院して化学療法をしましょうということに。
先生の話では、大量化化学療法をして３ヶ月後から理論的には化学療法が可能になるけれど、心肺のダメージや骨髄抑制を考えたらやはり半年は経過観察で様子を見たいらしい。
とりあえずこれから３週間おきに経過観察をして、できれば半年様子を見ましょうということになりました。
やっぱり再増大の不安は捨てきれないので、不安は不安だけど、ここ３日くらい、もし小さくなってなかったら、再増大が見られたらと、溜まらない不安感は拭い去ることができた。
そして今回再増大が見られなかったので、２回目の大量化学療法は見送ることになった。
とにかくそれが一番嬉しい。
よかったよかった。
安心したので、その足で実家に帰った途端、どっと疲れが出てお昼寝してしまった。
起きたら喉が痛いし。。
う〜、安心すると体調が悪くなる癖、早く治したいなぁ（苦笑）。

そうなんだよ、ほっとしたら頭痛くてさ…。
昼過ぎには旦那実家に帰る予定なんだけど、未だにパジャマでごろごろしてるよ。。
あーちゃんはお酒強いよ、きっと。
羨ましい限りです。

あーちゃんはお酒強そうなんだね…お母さんと違って(笑）。鼻炎も出ないのかな？
